Ein richtiger Powerforward. Sicher ein guter Spieler. Die Eisbaeren Berlin waren auchan ihm interessiert doch er hatte in Mailand schon unterschrieben.

History
Originally drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in 2001 (9th Round). Draft re-entry in 2003. Drafted in the 7th round of the 2003 Entry Draft but went unsigned. Has since signed with the Los Angeles Kings and has been assigned to Reading of the ECHL for the 2005-06 season.

2003-04: Stephenson had a decent over-age season, providing some offense and grit to a strong Red Deer club. His size and strength should see him given opportunites to prove himself over the next few years.

2005-06: Spent the majority of his season with Reading of the ECHL. Contributed 41 points on 19 goals in 62 games, including 2 points in Reading`s four game playoff run. Spent a brief time in Manchester, with not much of an impact from the fourth line.

Talent Analysis
Stephenson is a huge winger who brings solid character and competetiveness to the table. He has a hard shot and can cause havoc in front of the opposition`s net. While not blessed with incredible skills, he works hard and does what is asked of him.
