Milan and Bolzano also were after Russ Courtnall and Valery Kamensky in the early 90s. And when Jaromír Jágr joined Bolzano during the 94-95 lockout, he was allegedly paid 10,000 $ per game. But granted, those days are long gone. Switzerland is still a good option though.
